Ouchhh! It's so damn painful!

I always find myself in a life challenge and trial. I face my greatest life challenges when I struggle to find love, security and assurance. My fears, unhealthy behaviours, and excessive emotional will easily conquer my entire life and develop the negative energy around me. Letih jugak la dibuatnya... :(

I believe all of you will definitely experience your major and minor challenges too.
Question: How would you handle these challenges in your life? Would you handle them with your wisdom or anger? Would you just ignore them and rely on other people to help you to become strong to face them?
Do you think we really need to handle these struggles with our physical strength as well as our mental well-being?

Well, whatever it takes, I've found that these challenges initially pressure us from every side, threatening to crush or break us before we are able to face them with our physical and mental strength. Sometimes challenges could consume us with guilt, panic attacks and fatigue.

Huh, I can't really help it, ya know...nanti mula la nak cranky! I used to keep questioning and complaining on all the challenges in my life, "why me God?" "How do I stop the pain?" "I hate my life!".

Walau bagaimanapun, Allah itu memang Maha Pengasih, Maha Penyayang dan sangat adil. All life challenges that He gives us have a direct relationship in defining our purpose in life, actually. Life challenges enable us to see ourselves at our best and our worst. Oh, this reminds me of Ramli Sarip's song:

Lessons for today:
  • Kena betul-betul kuat dari segi jiwa! Yakin dan percaya bahawa segala KEKUATAN yang diperolehi adalah hasil daripada Dugaan yang dilalui. They are really interrelated!
  • Hari ni kita susah, esok kita senang...hari ni kita menangis esok pasti ketawa. Hidup ini umpama roda.
  • Be Patient! Once we learn how to be patient, eventually we will know where does the wisdom lie in ourselves.
  • Mengalah bukan erti kalah atau salah, malah ia sangat mulia dan memudahkan hidup.
  • It's no harm for us to always say 'SORRY", InsyaAllah, once it comes out from your mouth it will ease all your pains.
  • Last but not least, YAKIN.REDHA.SYUKUR.
That's all for today my friends. It's all about me...hope you will learn something too from my good and bad stories. All the best, Cheers!
